KARIBU to Kanga Yoga classes!
Kanga Yoga is an energetic, alignment-based flow yoga practice using music, gravity and breath to harmonize your body and mind. It’s influenced by Shivananda (spiritual and grounding), Ashtanga (energizing and uplifting) and Yengar Yoga (focusing on alignment). The classes are for everyone at beginner and intermediate level.
The classes are 90 min long and cover different topics. They are either outside in the beautiful garden/ balcony or in the cosy yoga room. Mats and other equipment is provided.
